There are 4 options available in 3CX. They are: 1. No email notification. 2. Send email notification only. 3. Send vmail as attachment. 4. Send as attachment and delete from mbox. If you listen to an audio attachment (voice mail) within your email client, you also have to delete it from the phone - if you use option 3 above.
